Before there is a contract, we build a working preview of your homepage and one product page in your own brand: your colours, your typefaces, your words. You open it in your browser, click through it on your phone, and decide from there.

A product page is the slowest page to make and the one that sells. Ours writes itself: you give a supplier link or your own text and photos, and a complete page appears in your store as a draft.
- Your words, not web-shop filler. Tone of voice, banned words and fixed texts are set once and used on every product.
- Colours, sizes and size charts. You name the colours, pick the sizes, and every combination gets its own code and stock.
- Photos in the right place. Upload your own, tell it which colour they belong to, and the shop shows the right photo with the right choice.
- Search terms included. Keywords are researched for your market, then used in the title, the page and the image descriptions.
- Nothing goes live behind your back. Every product lands as a draft. You check it and publish it yourself.

We deliver the theme and the product pages. Your Shopify settings themselves — markets and currencies, shipping rates, taxes, payment providers and legal pages — stay in your hands; we are happy to point you in the right direction. Changes to the store after handover are €75 an hour. Shopify's own subscription, paid apps, font licences, domain and photography are billed by those suppliers directly, in your name.

- Access to your Shopify store. We send a short guide; it takes about ten minutes and you can revoke it whenever you want.
- Your shipping and returns wording, so your product pages say what you really promise.

Questions
Asked before
Do I need to know anything technical?
No. The one technical step is giving us access to your Shopify store, and we send a guide that walks through it click by click. Everything after that happens on our side.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
One month's notice, and during that month everything keeps working as normal. After it, your store and all its pages stay exactly as they are. You only lose the ability to create new pages with the tool, and our monitoring stops.
Can my team edit the store themselves?
Yes, that is the point of building it as real Shopify sections. Text, images, order of blocks, prices and products are all editable in Shopify itself, without us.
Do you touch my customer data?
No. The access we ask for deliberately leaves out customer records, payment methods, bank details and payouts. We work on products, pages and the theme.
How much of my time does this take?
Mostly the beginning and the end: delivering your brand material and product information, and reviewing what we deliver. In between you can follow along in Slack as much or as little as you want.
Can you work with the brand guide we already have?
Yes, and that is the ideal starting point. If you do not have one, we work from what you do have and keep it consistent from there.
